GroupBooker is an early-stage start-up. We’re making it easy for homeowners to book services on the same day as their neighbours to save money.
We aim to disrupt the £55 billion UK home services industry, which means our product will change the way tradespeople grow their business and manage their operations. All while offering a new way for homeowners to book their services and save money. Win win.
We’re passionate about building a great product and have loads of exciting new ideas in our product roadmap. Our group booking product is almost ready to launch, we now need you to join the team and help develop this into a game-changing platform.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded individual. Do you want to start your own business one day? Perfect. We can give you the experience and platform for you to eventually fulfill your dream.
If you love challenges and solving problems this is for you. You will be working directly with our Founder (Philippe) and Non-Executive Director (Adam) – two very different minds to learn from.
The Founder's Associate role is a unique opportunity to dig into what it really takes to build a business from its early days. You'll experience working in every part of the business, from product development and QA to operations, strategy, marketing, customer service and data analysis.
What your new job will involve:
Create and deliver marketing content to raise awareness of our brand (This can include blogs, events, social posts, Email Marketing)
Business ops will involve work around how we will optimise the business. You will own a lot of special projects so this is a great opportunity to set up, manage and monitor tools and processes
Work with the Founder and Non-Exec to define and work towards business goals
Identify new business opportunities and execute across core areas like growth and talent
Customer Experience – be available for customer queries and resolve in a timely manner
Maintain high service levels through our chat/emails ensuring B2B and B2C customers are always happy
Monitor reviews and flag areas of improvement
You should have the following:
A-levels
Degree or equivalent. Or the ability to show that one wasn’t needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a positive and professional approach to interactions with our stakeholders
Creative thinking – we love ideas, particularly ones other people think are mad
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Excited about learning the nuts & bolts of building an ambitious startup
Versatile problem-solver willing to get your hands dirty
Execution focused, detail oriented, takes ownership and loves solving problems
High self-directed with an ability to get a lot done with sometimes limited direction
